Your Role:
As a Part-Time IT Support Specialist at BIC, you will:
Apply your technical expertise to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot network issues.
Address technical concerns related to the student assessment submission system.
Provide on-site support at various campus locations to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient network environment.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve network-related problems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues related to student submission systems.
Strong communication skills for effective interactions with students and colleagues.
Willingness to travel between campuses using your own transportation.
