Accounting / Purchasing Clerk

Description: We are looking for an individual to assist in processing invoices and light accounting work. Candidates will SAP experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred. Monday-Friday, Hours can be flexible but ideally it would be from 7:30am-4:30pm. Pay rate is 12-16/hr depending on experience. Duties: Duties consist of:
o Run reports in SAP mismatches in invoices vs. receipts- and follow up work to get them resolved.
o Prepare and run inventory reports for quality control
o Pallet and Cardboard ordering: integrate data from several sources to arrive at conclusion.
o Create PO's and Inbound Deliveries due/past due reports
o Prepare and run vendor OTD reports
o As needed some administrative duties including ordering system accessing for plant warehouse associate/contingents to assure all needed accesses are set-up timely to enable proper workflow.
o Filing, ordering, organizing and other admin type duties.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
